August Schedule

August 8th – Playgroup at the park!
►10:00am Meet at the Stephenville city park.
►Come play and bring bread to feed the ducks if you would like.

August 14th – Mom’s Night Out Ice Cream Social!
► 6:30pm Meet at Elizabeth’s house (1491 Highland View Dr.)
►Bring your favorite homemade ice cream or your favorite appetizer and a favorite book or magazine.
►Come enjoy a night of friends, yummy snacks and share your favorite book or magazine.

August 16th – Kid’s Day Out at the Chocolate Factory!
►10:45am Meet at Bliss Living in Hico.
►Come enjoy a demonstration of the great Wiesman House Chocolates and taste it too! Yummy! Yummy!

August 27th – First Day of School!
►Public schools start back up.

August 30th – Book Club!
►6:30pm Meet at Jennifer’s house (1310 N. Charlotte)
► Come discuss the book “Poverty: A framework for understanding and working with students and adults from poverty.” By: Ruby K. Payne, Ph.D.
